  • WHICH IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY FOR CUSTOM KITS?

    12 per product and 4 per size.

    For orders with more than 25 units per design reference, we will accept a minimum of 2 units per size

    Units not matching minimum per size will have their price increased by 15%

    In case of a reorder of an existing design, the minimum order quantity will then be 6 units for those products

     

     

     

  • LEAD TIMES

    How much time will my order take to be manufactured?

    Your order will be manufactured within 45-55 (35-45 if replacement) calendar days from the order confirmation date.

    Lead times are estimated and may vary during the year and depending on quantities required. Our sales representatives will confirm you the delivery time as soon as possible.

    Reorder of existing design are 7 days quicker to manufacture than new design creation.

    If the design implies any task of serigraphy, embroidery or marking, an extra 7 days will be required for production.

  • HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY KIT?

    In order to guarantee that our products respect your corporative identity and fit your needs, we offer you the following options:

    • Design department will then ensure it is adapted to the product and will send final version to the customer for approval.
    • Design templates are available in PDF for customers who wish to make their own design. https://www.mobelsport.com/configurador/
  • HOW CAN I SEND MY LOGOS?

    Ideal is to send it in one of the following file format:.cdr,.aio.eps editable, with text converted to curves to avoid any change in the font.
    In other case, you can send us a picture in .jpg format with a minimum quality of 300ppp and a readible format so we can convert it. Conversion cost is 30€ per logo.
    By sending us logos, you authorize Mobel to insert them within the requested items’ designs.
    Vectorized logos sent by the customer will be printed without any manpulation. The customer will be responsible for the quality of his logos.

  • CONDITIONS

    What do I need to confirm my order?

    To confirm your order and letting the manufacturing process begin, you need to submit the following documents:

    • Customer file with fiscal and contact data.
    • Design template approved by the customer.
    • Order document, which includes sizes, quantities, and products description.
    • Bank payment invoice. For any custom order, 50 % of the total payment is required for its confirmation.

    Special sizes.

    • Special sizes products (from XXXL up) will have their prices increased by 15%.

    Payment conditions

    For custom garments, conditions are the following:

    • 50% payment on advance to confirm the order, by bank transfer. It is required sending the payment invoice to pedidos@mobelsport.es
    • The payment of the remaining 50% of the order will be required before shipping.
  • HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

    National shipping costs for custom clothes orders above 400 € will be paid by Mobel Sports.

    For national orders below 400 €, shipping costs will be charged to the customer and will be sent by the company hired by Mobel Sport.

    Generic shipping costs are the following:
