Our design process is all about you. We are not giving up until you are 100% satisfied!
Send us an email with all your instructions, colours, fabrics, and any details you deem necessary. Attach your logo files* along if any.
Our designer will then elaborate for you a design simulation.
Once approved the quote, we will finalize the design making all required changes.
For orders with various items, we will start by the main garment design and will develop the rest of the items.
If you do not have one, ask us for a design template and send us back your own artwork, along with your logos.
Our designers will adapt it to the garments pattern and send it back to you for approval.
Our Sales Department will send you a detailed price quotation of the requested products along with the design artwork.
GOOD TO GO?
Once you are happy with the design and ready to place the order, 4 things you need to do to get the order going:
– Confirm the quantities and size for each product.
– Double check all designs and formally validate them.
– Send us your billing details and delivery address so we can issue the invoice.
– Pay the deposit, which will be calculated as 50% of the invoice.
Your order will be manufactured within 40-50 calendar days from the order confirmation date. The payment of the remaining 50% of the invoice will be required before shipping.
Delivery takes in average 4, up to 6 working days within the EU.
* IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LOGOS
We all want to make sure that your logos are correctly inserted on the garments – you, us and surely your sponsors. And we need your help here.
Please send us editable logo file, and “vectorized”, eg, files including curves drawing. Ideal file format: .AI, .EPS, .CDR or editable PDF.
If you don’t have any of those, please send us a picture file (.JPG, .JPEG or .PSD) with a minimum quality of 300ppp.
